Accio Brain (Seriously Though)

Hi y'all. I did a new photo shoot last night, inspired by my love for Harry Potter. ⚡️

I hope everyone is having a great weekend so far. I've been busy cleaning my house and playing with my puppy.

This morning I was doing sit ups, and my back felt really off. So at that point I flipped over onto my hands and knees and slowly eased myself into a yoga pose called Adho mukha śvānāsana (Downward facing dog). I'm pretty sure I heard my back pop about ten times! It felt amazing. That's a lovely life hack to know, if you've never experienced a spinal adjustment that way. And from my experience, being a little loose in the pose is the most effective.

I've gotta do more yoga.
